If you wish to exchange or return a product, you must contact us first. Customers have the right to return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition without any modifications. The customer bears the full shipping costs, and the product cost will be refunded within 14 business days.
Customers may exchange a product for another before the shipment is dispatched. After the shipment has been sent, exchanges are allowed within 14 business days, with the customer covering the full shipping cost and any price difference if applicable.
If the product is defective or does not match the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase, the customer has the right to request an exchange or return within 14 days. In such cases, the customer must provide proof of shipping costs, including the shipment number, carrier, and cost. The full amount will then be refunded.
Products purchased during sales and promotions are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where a product defect is found.
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
If 14 days have passed since the date of receipt.
If the product has been altered from its original condition for any reason.
If the product has been used beyond a trial purpose.
If the product was custom-made based on the customer’s specifications.
